SyncaBrick is operated by CrocoBricks, based in the Netherlands. We are building a multi-marketplace management platform for LEGO sellers.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide:

  • Email address — when you submit the waitlist form on this website.

We do not collect names, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

3. Why we collect your email

We collect your email address for the following purposes:

  • To notify you when SyncaBrick launches or early access becomes available.
  • To send you product updates, launch announcements, and founding member offers.

We will never sell your email address or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your email address on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). By submitting the waitlist form, you consent to us contacting you about SyncaBrick. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

5. How we store your data

Your email address is stored securely via Formspree (formspree.io), our form handling provider. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and stores data on servers within the EU/EEA. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We retain your email address until you request deletion, or until SyncaBrick launches and you have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
